Product description
It is suitable for spark detection of wire and cable with high thickness and high detection requirements. The height of the line center is 1M±5%. It can be used to detect poor insulation such as bare copper, broken skin and pinhole of various wires and cables.

The electrode box parts of this series of sparking machines are all made of 304 national standard high-quality stainless steel material, which achieves the durability of the sink and never rust.

Both the V-shaped electrode and the spark bead chain are made of high-quality stainless steel and have a longer wear life. The bead chain density is several times higher than the relevant standard, and the high-density high-quality stainless steel bead chain is closely attached to the surface of the wire to be tested, achieving a more stable and reliable detection standard.

The humanized spark test button on the right side of the electrode box can detect the normal working state of the spark machine at any time.

This spark machine is rigorously calibrated by a nationally accredited calibration laboratory in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.

This spark machine can pass the rigorous inspection of the calibration laboratory of the accreditation body of CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, CNAS is a member of the APLAC and ILAC Multilateral Mutual Recognition Agreement).

The data of this spark machine can be sourced to the national measurement standard and the International System of Units (SI).

The spark machine is manufactured in strict accordance with the national standard of the spark test machine which is several times more than the parameters and stricter than the JB/T4278.10-1993 rubber plastic wire and cable test instrument equipment verification method.
