The series of preheater pulleys are precision machined to ensure proper cable tension during production and reduce the return loss of the data cable. Low-loss pulleys are used in low-speed situations to reduce the heat absorbed by the pulleys and increase the efficiency of the preheater. Durable pulleys are made of a hard material for improved wear resistance.
In the extrusion line, the adhesion of the outer cover to the conductor can be significantly improved. During the preheating process, the preheating temperature is greater than 100 °C, so that the water vapor on the conductor is evaporated to dryness, and the molecular structure of the object is activated and soft, and the quality of the light, the bubble, and the attached structure are significantly improved. Compared with the oven heating tube heating device, it has more than 60% power saving, adopts the principle of induction heating, and has less spark damage to the wire. It has less resistance to the preheating conductor, is not easy to stretch, and outputs preheating automatic speed tracking to ensure the line. The temperature is not consistent at the same time.
